The governing body, together with the headteacher, sets the future direction for the school and decides how the school’s budget should be managed. It makes decisions on matters such as self-evaluation, performance targets, school policies, admissions and the school’s development plan.

I have been a Puttenham parent since September 2013, a parent governor since February 2016 and Chair of Governors from September 2018. I am also Chair of the Resources Committee.
The youngest of my three children is a Year 1 Rabbit and the older two are now at Waverley Abbey.
In addition to my full-time role of ‘mum’, I also work part-time as an accountant and tax specialist.
I can often be found at Forest School on Friday mornings.
I have lived in Puttenham for over 10 years and am a committed member of the community, supporting many causes throughout the village. I have been a governor for 3 years and am a former parent at the school. I recently stepped down as the Chair of the governing body, having held the position for the past 2 years.
I am churchwarden of the parish and on the parochial church council. I am one of the foundation governors.
I am a Parent Governor of the school. My son William in in Otters, Year 2 and I have a 4 year old son at home. Maths is my subject area within the governing body, and I am a Chartered Accountant by training.
I live locally with my husband Will and our two children, Alice and Archie. I have 20 years teaching experience with a specialism in the Visual Arts. At Puttenham my area to oversee is the Early Years.
