Welcome to Rabbit class!

Welcome to Rabbit class where we love teaching and we love learning!

Rabbit class is a Year 1 class with two teachers:  Mrs Glowacki and Miss Laver. Mrs Glowacki teaches Monday to Wednesday, Miss Laver teaches on Thursday and Friday. Rabbit class are lucky to be very well supported by Mrs. Macey (Monday to Thursday) and Mrs Price and Mrs Love on a Friday.

Rabbit class benefits from a large spacious classroom with its own toilet and a covered outdoor learning area to extend the learning that takes place inside. Our Rabbits love keeping busy with their learning both inside and out! 

We really must not forget our class rabbit Bouncy who looks out for good learning behaviour all week and loves to go home with the ‘Star of the Week’ every Friday. 

A message from Miss Laver: 

I love teaching and working with children. Their smiles and enthusiasm for learning is infectious! I really enjoy reading and being outdoors. Forest School is a particular highlight for me in the school year!

A message from Mrs Glowacki: 

I live with my family and 2 dogs called Morse and Hudson.
I love music, cinema and theatre and regularly go to concerts and perform comedy in my spare time. I like to cook and especially like eating Italian food. I also like to travel with my family to experience new flavours and cultures, Cornwall is one of my favourite places to visit.
I love reading and I am always looking for new children's books to share with my class, my favourite book as a child was The Twits by Roald Dahl.

At home I do arts and crafts, jigsaw puzzles and look after my houseplant collection to help me to relax, dog walks and being out in nature are great too.
