At Puttenham CofE Infant school we understand the importance of acquiring the skills, knowledge and understanding in literacy to ensure the children have a firm foundation needed to achieve success. We aim to develop a love of speaking, listening, reading and writing from the time they start in the Reception class through to Year 2. We have high expectations that children will achieve excellent progress and reach their full potential in all areas of the curriculum.
